Do you guys remember these beauties? My beautiful wonderful adorable sweet friend Jenna let me try my hand at making these for her wedding and-not to toot my own horn-but they turned out pretty sweet! Since making that first set, I've made a couple more and I think I've finally perfected the process. Click below to see the process and follow the link to my Etsy shop to order your set! It starts with a pristine piece of acrylic (from Lowes-like 11 bucks!) that I score with a plastic scoring tool and then paint to look like sea glass. After I meticulously cut each one into a perfect little rectangle...I break them. Yep! When's the last time you saw a perfectly rectangular piece of sea glass? This can be the most frustrating (and most painful) part of the process. I score each one with a scoring tool (or a box cutter) at the top and then use pliers to break off the tops to make a nice rough edge. This is the part where I shed blood over these little guys. Like, every time. Once all of the numbers are cut, it's time to do the lettering. I sketch out all of the numbers and then start painting. For the stands, Nathan ripped a 2x4 and cut 20 little holders for me. We stained them and once everything is all dry, it's time to package and ship them off to their new homes! It's a long process but LOOK how pretty they looked at Jenna's wedding! And how beautiful they look on my counter! So classy and beachy! If you are interested in having ForeverWhitneyYoung make some sea glass table numbers, signs, or anything else, please feel free to shoot me an e-mail! OR a generic set of 15 table numbers is available in my Etsy shop! The process takes a long time (usually 3-5 weeks) so the earlier the better! Thanks for reading and stay beautiful!

Who would have thought that there will be a beauty that will be seen in the broken glass? Jenna just proved that she has that kind of creativity that can turn broken stuff into beautiful a wonderful creation. Actually, I want to message Jenna now telling that I want to order this kind of design with my name in it. It looks really expensive. Perhaps, it’s because of the quality of the glass and her hand writing. Her hand writing is really beautiful and impressive!
